1a. How long is your delivery time?
Answer: 5-10 business days. (normally 7 days)

1b. Is it guaranteed that the goods reach me?
Answer: Yes, we ship all orders traceable and assured.

1c. Who is your freight forwarder?
Answer: We ship by DHL, UPS and FedEx. 

1d. What is the shipping cost?
Answer: Free shipping if order more than 4 items.

2. Is return ok?
Answer: Yes, as long as your product is not purchased on Sale or with discount coupon.

Answer: Yes, absolutely top quality.

4. How are your Products in size?
Answer: They are generally small in size, most customers need to go up one size. (See size guide)


5. Will there be any customs or VAT on my parcel?
Answer: Free VAT or Tax.

6. Why do you have different prices on for example Sunglasses that is of the same brand and model?

Answer: It depends primarily on the quality of the product , and secondly that the supplier takes a higher price.
